Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition (community engagement, marketing, rapport building, networking, etc.)
• Client Relationships (support of clients’ achievements, acts of value, long-term, etc.)
• Company Experience (client appointments, team engagement, proactive communication, etc.)
• Financial Planning & Investments (disciplined approach, portfolio construction, review and measure progress, etc.)
• Maintain Cetera FA, FINRA and State requirements (advisor education, conferences, compliance requirements, etc.)
• Ability to communicate and interact clearly with the operations team pertinent to client issues and notes

You will be expected and held accountable for your attendance in client appointments and notify the appropriate team members of a schedule conflict.

Key Competencies

• Securities Licenses 7 & 65 required
• Life Insurance & Variable Contracts Licenses required
• Microsoft Office 365
• Willing to learn our internal systems
• Utilization of research and analysis tools
• Research and investment analysis
• In person visits and video conferencing 

This is a full-time position only. You will be eligible for certain benefits upon hire, which will be outlined in an official offer letter.

Your compensation will be outlined in the official offer letter plus inclusion in team building, personal development activities, and some benefits that will be mentioned upon hire.

Due to the nature of our industry, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements upon acceptance of this position.
