We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Leasing Manager with a proven track record of successfully leasing Class A Build-to-Rent communities. This individual will play a critical role in driving leasing velocity, improving conversion, and positioning the community effectively within the competitive Phoenix rental market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who understands the unique dynamics of a BTR lease-up and knows how to turn qualified traffic into leases while maintaining the value proposition of a premium community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day leasing and sales efforts with a strong focus on achieving lease-up and occupancy targets
  • Drive lead-to-tour, tour-to-application, and tour-to-lease conversion
  • Coach and motivate the leasing team on discovery, presentation, objection handling, follow-up, and closing
  • Develop and execute lease-up tactics to increase traffic and leasing velocity
  • Monitor competitive properties, rents, concessions, and market conditions
  • Recommend pricing and concession strategies based on leasing performance and competitive positioning
  • Identify compelling marketing angles and ensure key BTR differentiators are effectively communicated throughout the sales process
  • Analyze leasing funnel and lead-source performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop creative outreach, partnership, referral, and grassroots marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with property management and ownership to continually refine leasing strategy
