Naturopathic Physician


Patient Care & Clinical Services

  • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including medical histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
  • Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans consistent with naturopathic principles, evidence-based medicine, and office protocols.
  • Provide appropriate naturopathic treatments, therapies, and recommendations within the legal scope of practice.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
  • Educate patients on recommended therapies, supplements, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.
  • Support continuity of care across in-person and telemedicine visits as applicable.


Clinical Operations, Protocol Development & Service Standardization

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of clinical and operational protocols.
  • Support creation and maintenance of standardized treatment templates, documentation workflows, and service models for:
  • Existing clinic locations
  • New clinic openings
  • Setup Telemedicine and virtual care services setup and protocols
  • Help ensure consistency in quality of care, patient experience, documentation standards, and clinical workflows across all locations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and clinical outcomes


Service Expansion & Innovation

  • Proactively research emerging therapies, integrative modalities, and evidence-based treatments suitable for integration into the practice.
  • Present recommendations for new therapies, including clinical value, patient demand, operational feasibility, and scalability.
  • Support pilot programs and structured rollout of new services across the organization.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor partnerships, equipment needs, and training requirements related to new therapies.


Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Document all visits, assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans in accordance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Respond to patient messages via the patient portal and return patient phone calls within designated response timeframes.
  • Coordinate patient care with other providers and staff as appropriate.


Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Adhere to all office policies, procedures, clinical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Practice strictly within the scope defined by applicable state licensure and regulatory authorities.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, chart reviews, and compliance audits as requested.


Recruitment, Training & Clinical Team Support

  • Participate in proactive interviewing, evaluation, and hiring of clinicians aligned with the practice’s culture and clinical philosophy.
  • Support onboarding, training, and protocol education for new providers.
  • Assist in mentoring clinicians to ensure consistent clinical quality and patient experience across the organization.


Marketing, Outreach & Brand Representation

  • Support the growth of the company's brand through community outreach and education.
  • Identify and engage local opportunities for partnerships, events, wellness programs, and referral relationships.
  • Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, corporate wellness programs, and educational seminars.
  • Deliver educational talks and presentations at local events and community centers as needed.
  • Educate patients and community members on services offered by the practice.


Telemedicine & Virtual Care Support

  • Support development, optimization, and expansion of telemedicine service offerings.
  • Assist with creation of standardized virtual-care workflows, visit templates, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure services are adaptable for both in-person and remote care delivery models.
