A fast-growing, purpose-driven organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on finance executive to lead all aspects of financial operations, planning, reporting, and business performance. Reporting to the executive leadership team, this individual will play a key role in shaping company strategy, driving growth initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term financial health.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and team leadership. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, support key business decisions, develop scalable processes, and build a high-performing finance organization. Experience leading large teams, driving operational improvements, and supporting growth-focused organizations is highly desired.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive
• Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting, and business strategy
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
